The fine print.

A signed agreement and a non‑refundable retainer of 30% of your total are required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your event.

Retainers are non‑refundable. If you need to reschedule, we'll do our best to apply your retainer to a new date within 12 months, subject to availability. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are responsible for the full balance.

Major holidays (such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas) incur additional fees due to wholesale floral pricing and demand. Travel beyond our local service area is billed separately.

Every effort is made to provide the agreed‑upon palette and flower types. Because flowers are a natural and seasonal product, we reserve the right to substitute blooms of equal or greater value when necessary.

Our team arrives at the agreed setup window. The client is responsible for ensuring access to the venue, adequate space, and reasonable working conditions. Any rented vessels or styling props remain the property of Le Fiori Blooms unless purchased.

Le Fiori Blooms is not responsible for allergic reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from handling of flowers, tools, or props at events. Clients assume responsibility for their guests' interaction with the bouquet bar.

We may photograph our setups and finished work for portfolio, marketing, and social media use. If you prefer your event not be featured, please let us know in writing in advance.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
